    1. Another cute, short read. Unfortunately, this one had too much going on to be a novella. Safe read (view spoiler)[ H is a virgin*/ h was either a virgin or really inexperienced. In Being Green we got enough detail to known the h hadn't been with anyone else, in this one we didn't. No OW/OM. At a job interview the h has to deal with a sleaze. Later, she is accosted by some rapey dudes but the H kills them.*All cyborgs in this series are monogamous and it seems they only have sex with their mates. [...]

    2. Sweet Short Story I love it when two lonely people get together. Barrel is not exactly lonely. He has a bunch of orphans to raise. But he has had a hard life and never had a sweetheart. And he has no experience raising humanoid children. He desperately needs an expert to help him. This is Barrel's story of a search for the perfect woman. Only as far as human women go, nobody's perfect. Or are they? Read it and find out.

    3. This one's quite a bit shorter than the others in the series, so it moves quickly. Very quickly. Which isn't a bad thing except I'm kinda digging on these cyborgs right now and wouldn't have minded a little more set in their world. But it's cool. Because Barrel and Nola find their happy place and that's what it's all about, right? Well, that and teaching all the orphans they saved from Tau Ceti. Which Nola is (mostly) qualified to do.Again, it moves quickly and there's not a lot of waffling about [...]

    4. Barrel and his cohorts are funny in their efforts to raise a group of young orphans. They soon realize they may need a little help and go in search of an Expert. The Expert turns out to be Barrels mate and he does what is needed to secure his one and only. An extremely brief short story which makes me sad because this had the potential to be a terrific full length story. It has those things I love albeit abbreviated. adventure, humor and hot cyborgs. Too short for me but, I do love this series s [...]

    5. I love this book. I really am glad that our Cyborg men are finding love. Nola was prefect for Barrel. She showed that she not only was an expert in skill but has a great big heart and deserves our loving Cyborg. Thank you. I cant wait for our next adventure.

    6. Dawwwwww, it was so cute!!! And funny! I liked the main characters but the interactions with the kids really made it sparkle for me~~

    7. This was a super fast read. I love this series so it's no surprise that I enjoyed Jumping Barrel. Barrel is looking for an expert to teach the offspring and th3 second he hears Nola speak he knows she's his female. Nola has no idea that Barrel is on his was and she's so desperate for a job she ends up in the last place she thought she'd go. Nola ends up over her head and in trouble. I thought this was quick and fun to read. Sometimes you just need something to get to the point. Keep the cyborg s [...]

    8. This story was short and sweet. Like all the books in the Cyborg Sizzle series these lovable cyborgs are trying to live life on the run from the Humanoid Alliance all while looking out for the one female that is meant to be theirs. Barrel is taking care of the orphaned Tau Cetians and he's having a bit of trouble figuring out how to "train" these non-cyborg children so he decides to hire an expert. He find his female but she may have lied a little on her application. Barrel could care less about [...]

    9. Short, sweet and sexy. I absolutely love Cynthia Sax's cyborgs. I don't read much syfy, but hers is a must read for me every time. Jumping Barrel was surprisingly conflict and drama free. Barrell recognized that Nola is his the moment he sees her and of course sets off to get her and bring her back to his home where he essentially oversees the training of orphaned Tau Cetian children. I do wish it had been longer but only because I loved the characters and wanted to read more about them.

    10. I loved Releasing Rage and Being Green, the two books I've read so far. I have Crash and Burn to read yet. I liked this book, especially little Ka-Na. And yes, I think it adds to the series, but to me, it just didn't seem to have any real depth unless I'm missing something from not having read one of the previous books.

    11. I read a lot of cyborg romance. This one was superficial and cheesy. I liked the heroine well enough, but the hero was cut straight out of the cyborg warrior box. It needed more detail at every step. I probably won't be reading any more novellas by this author, though if I see a longer book, I might consider trying again as there was the occasional flash of brilliance.

    12. She's An ExpertThey needed an Expert to train the children and Barrel found one. Only she may have fudged a little on her experience. He knew she was the one for him also. So far he is my favorite cyborg. This is a sweet, hot fun read. Enjoy I did.

    13. Bk 2 in the Earth Minor trilogy. This is a 4 chpt story, available for free on .The kid was adorable and not annoying at all, I like how she wasn't perfect but was still written as deserving love.

    14. This was an excellent novella, absolutely superb. I long to read more about Nola and Barrel. Beautifully told, with a solid storyline, even a little development, and conflict that didn't resolve in a moment. These two are wonderful and one of my favorite pairs!

    15. Smiles and tearsLove this story of breaks your heart then puts it back together. I like all of the books in this series now off to the next cyborg sizzle adventure.

    16. Meh. A very short story with plot, but it is really a vehicle for a sex scene. It could have been good - reminiscent of many other cyborg series - but there just wasn't enough there.

    17. Disappointed. I was generally disappointed in this story. It lacked excitement, deep feelings and was lacking any intensity. Her earlier books on the series were much better.

    18. 2.5 stars. I just needed more to really enjoy it. If this was lengthened and showed more after they land with the teaching etc I would have really loved it

    19. Too dang short! It went by all to fast lol. I loved Ka-Na so much! She is precious! Overall the whole story was cute and I enjoyed it.

    20. ShortThe story was short and cute. It wasn't too bad. I think it needed to be little bit longer. Otherwise it had good ending.

    21. WonderfulSci-Fi mixed with humanity. Barrel and Nola are wonderful together. Add in Ka-Na and you've got spectacular. This one warmed my heart along with other parts 😉

    22. Very quick scifi romance. Understanding the series will help with the context. I liked both the characters but thought it a little convenient as to when he finds her.

    23. A fast romantic read. Get to see another side to the cyborgs. And Barrel gets to find his female. Just wish the story was longer.

    24. Cyborg interviews girl for job. Girl is attacked; cyborg saves her. They immediately jump in the sack together and space travel to cyborg planet. Girl starts job. The end.

    25. Short and sweet, I loved the idea of Zip and Barrel trying to train the orphans they have taken responsibility for. Nola seems perfect to help Barrel with that task.

    26. Short but heart warming It had of potential for character development and good story. I'd like to see the author pull this one off the shelf rewrite and publish again. It's just too short.

    27. In the Cyborg Sizzle universe, the Human Alliance have been producing cyborgs, who they believe to be just machines, to fight their wars, carry out their atrocities all whilst abusing them in the all the terrible ways you can think of. After all, they’re just machines right? Wrong. The cyborgs are more than just machines and they will get them and their brethren out from the control of the evil Human Alliance to live their lives in freedom. And, when they find that special woman? She’s comin [...]
