    1. Please check out more of my reviews at bookaddicthavenPicking up where 'Unveiled' left off, 'Confessed' has Ryker working on a plan to rescue Hattie. Still being held hostage by a rival cartel, Hattie is experiencing the poor treatment that she was spared with her first kidnapping. This time around, violence and the fear of far worse are a grim reality for Hattie. While there continue to be some issues with this story, I do think that the author has shown some improvement with each book. This bo [...]

    2. **༻Complimentary Copy༺** Provided by the author " Lisa Cardiff " in exchange for an honest reviewThank you!!TITLE: ConfessedSERIES: (Vargas Cartel, #3) AUTHOR: Lisa CardiffGENRE: Contemporary RomanceRELEASE DATE: October 06th, 2015MY RATING:5 STARSThis starts right off where the previous book Unveiled (Vargas Cartel, #2) ended I remembered fighting with that man on the street. I remembered him striking my head with his gun, but after that, everything is blurry like a fragmented nightmare. A [...]

    3. 5 star cool cartel readI liked this series a lot. I loved the heroes and their willingness to fight for their happiness. What seemed impossible at first became their hea. An action packed cartel novel that I recommend to everyone interested in this genre.

    4. Hattie, Hattie, Hattie - where do I start with this one? She's kind of the whole reason they're in this mess. I'm sure she means well, but holy fuck, someone sedate this girl otherwise she'll kill everyone around her. There are times to speak up and others to remain fucking quiet - this girl just does not get that concept. You tell her not to do something and she will do exactly fucking that. Honestly, she annoyed me beyond comprehension. I don't really know why I read the whole series. And LOL, [...]

    5. We are never disappointed. Thank you for your much appreciated efforts in providing an amazing closure to Ryker and Hattie's story.

    6. After all the twistsAfter all the twists and turns it settles just like that poof. The whole series kept it ramped to 10 and then it just pitters out like no big deal.I have to say I read till it was done on all three books. I didn't love them, but I didn't hate them either.

    7. This is the third and final book in this series and they must be read in order. I loved this book and it was a great completion of the series. Hattie has been kidnapped by the Alvarez Cartel because Rever and Ryker took Anna Alvarez. It doesn't matter that they didn't kidnap Anna Alvarez, that they were just doing what she asked them too. Ryker is going out of his mind, yet another reason Hattie is better off without him. He is determined to get her back and make this right. He makes the ultimat [...]

    8. I had the pleasure of reviewing the entire series in one go, and I have to say I am very grateful for that. I don't think I would have been able to wait for the ending of Hattie and Ryker!! The entire series focuses on Hattie Covington, and Ryker Vargas. The daughter of a high-profile U.S. politician, and the bastard son of Ignacio Vargas - Mexican Cartel Drug Lord - makes for an interesting story if I do say so myself!I feel that Confessed was completely different from The Bargain. This time ar [...]

    9. I'm going to sound like a bitch when I say this but, all 3 books weren't necessary. 1 would've done the trick, I think. Book 1, even with it's cliffhanger, was the best by far.

    10. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review“Silence ticked by, and I bit my lip, wishing I felt stronger, more confident. Instead, I wilted under his unreadable gaze. He exhaled and took a couple of steps back, his hands slipping from my shoulders. I immediately mourned the loss of his touch.”5 lucious, sexy Cartel stars!!! I can’t begin to explain how much I loved this series, and I love the Vargas Cartel!!! Super sexy and fun series!!! Highly recommend it!!Revenge will be sought.Love [...]

    11. The storyline flowed well and I really enjoyed the scenes between the two of them as they got more and more involved in every very intense action.  The story of Ryker Vargas and Hattie Covington was astonished full of betrayal, secrets, violence and mayhem. Hattie story was a little heartbreaking to me I just can not get her parents attitude out of my head especially her mother. The drama was at an all time high, and the mafia backdrop only heightened it's appeal and gives the reader more acti [...]

    12. No Disappointment HereI have read this book twice already before I could write my review. The authors ability to make you believe you are in the storyline is indescribable. I laughed, I cried and I cheered when the bad guys got what they deserved. This is a great story about crooked politicians and Mexican drug lords that will have you wondering if this could possibly be true. Yet the best part of all was the two characters that found love in this mess. Bravo to the author.

    13. Once again, Lisa Cardiff nailed it! The conclusion to Hattie and Rykers story was perfect! From beginning to end This book had me drawn it with all things going on I didn't want to put it down.Loving the fact that the series is written in Dual POV, it keeps you wondering what's going on with either Hattie when reading Rykers POV and vice versa. The angst, action and the unexpectentcies keeps you on edge.So good! Five Stars!

    14. Vargas Cartel Captura y Ejecuta TraidoresRyker al frente del vargas Cartel, esperare lo que tenga que esperar.

    15. I am very pleased with how everything worked out and ended with Confessed! I am going to miss reading about Ryker and Hattie but it was time for them to get happy endings, plus my heart couldn't take to much more! Fantastic series for anyone that likes Mafia/Cartel romance books and just a different refreshing plot!

    16. The end of the seriesSuch a great ending for such a great and crazy series. I had trouble finishing this book because I thought it would end in a place that didn't feel right but after all the hard trials this couple went threw the ending was a great match for the beginning. I'm sad to finish but I plan to revisit this couple in the future! Highly recommend

    17. I loved this three book trilogy. The story line was great and had me guessing and sitting on the edge of my seat, trying to figure out what was going to happen next. The end od the story turned out great. Great characters and a great story line equal a great book! cant wait to read more from this author.

    18. What an endingI really liked how things came together. The plot was complicated and flowed freely with the characters. I liked Hattie she persevere through the obstacles. The only thing that annoyed me was the wavering between Hattie and Ryker. At times I just wanted to strangle them. Overall the series was good.

    19. Wow this was unexpected but great!I wasn't sure about these books but stumbled on them. They sounded like they could be good but I wasn't sure. This is the conclusion of there story. You must read the other two to understand this one. This is a must read!

    20. Great SeriesThis is a great series filled with betrayal, intrigue, action, kidnapping mixed with an unconventional romance. I could put this book down. Reader beware-there are a few rather violent torture scenes.

    21. As, in life you can never really tell who are the good guys and who are the bad It seems as though almost everyone in power is corrupt. One thing that was not corrupt was Ryker and Hattie and this is why I liked the story.

    22. I really enjoyed this book until around the 90% mark. Not to say it was bad after that, but it just felt like a rush to the end. I'm not sure I understand Noah's agenda. It felt like his character was leading up to more than what he actually did. Loved the HEA, just wished for more of it.

    23. I am sad to see this series end, I enjoyed it a lot. The story picks up right where the previous book ended, Hattie being kidnapped, again. Ryker using whatever means he has to, to get her back from a rival family. Years down the road, I would love to read about a family get together.

    24. Perfect ending to a great series! Seriously, when three books are in a series all about the same couple, I usually lose interest. Not this time! I was so invested in Hattie and Ryker I couldn't stop!!! Pick this serious up and get sucked in.

    25. Great endingGreat fast read. I'm not going to lie, I wish there was more to the story but it was a good ending. You should read it.
